We support refugees, asylum seekers, and other migrants in Coventry.
Because of COVID-19, some of our services have been impacted. We are still working and offering support to everyone who requests it.
During the pandemic, we opened a crisis phone line where our clients can contact us to request food, clothes, homeware or anything else they urgently need and cannot access.
Our Furniture Project works to deliver new or good condition furniture to empty homes or those lacking basics such as beds. When a client is placed into an empty property, we have an emergency response team who take out something to sit on, something to sleep on and something to cook on.
The Baby Project ensures all our expectant mums have everything they need for themselves and baby.
We run a World Foods Food Hub where our CV1 based clients can access a range of culturally relevant foods for £4 a week.
We reach out beyond our client group to support anyone in need of good quality second-hand clothes through our project Clothing Coventry
Our mother and baby group Let’s Play is temporary suspended, but we are still supporting parents with young children through a WhatsApp group and craft activities.
We also support a local single mother and baby home with training, cooking lessons, craft activities and basic needs.
We celebrate holidays with our clients, and supply relevent holiday items throughout the year. At Christmas time we operate a large shoebox appeal and support all our families with toys, gifts and Christmas hampers. You can read all about our Christmas Project here.
All of our projects require volunteers, please get in touch if you’d like to volunteer.
